Our company can provide corresponding technical routes for deep sludge dewatering based on the final sludge disposal results, including system services such as the design, manufacture, and commissioning of deep sludge dewatering systems. Through the high-pressure diaphragm dehydration technology, the sludge with a moisture content of 80% of the sewage plant (treated by a belt filter) can be conditioned and dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60% through conditioning, or it can replace the belt filter to directly remove the sludge with a concentration of 92-98% to a moisture content of less than 60%. After the treatment, the sludge with a moisture content of 92-98% can be directly dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 60%.The filter cake after deep dehydration can be directly landfill, incineration for power generation, composting, brick making, cement, etc.

The sludge deep dewatering system has been successfully applied to the sludge disposal of sewage treatment plants in Xiamen, Foshan, Changzhou, Wuxi, Daqing, Huizhou, Yinchuan, Hangzhou, Wuhan and other cities, and has achieved good operating results.

Specific application of deep sludge dewatering technology in cement industry:

The municipal sludge after deep dehydration uses the unique process of cement kiln production for waste heat drying and kiln incineration for collaborative disposal. This can not only stabilize the chemical composition of the sludge during the disposal process and achieve harmless discharge, but also make the calorific value in the sludge replace part of the fuel required for cement clinker production, and the incinerated residues become alternative production.The siliceous and aluminum raw materials used are used to realize the comprehensive utilization of resources and develop a circular economy.

Specific application of deep sludge dewatering technology in the brick-making industry:

A sludge disposal project in Hangzhou adopts the domestic advanced sludge deep dewatering process to dewaterize the sludge with a moisture content of less than 60%, and then uses an automated sintering process with shale to make environmentally friendly and energy-saving bricks. The project not only solves the problem of sludge disposal, but also saves land for sludge landfill, stacking and brick-making excavation.
